Responsibilities
- Create Mid-level to High End New Home Plan sets!
- Redesign existing spaces for Renovation and Remodel Clients
- Prepare diagrams and details for New Homes and Renovation projects
- Review and modify construction details with input from construction management team
- Create cabinet layouts and drawings with input from interior design staff
- Create standard construction details based upon current building code
Qualifications
- Love of Classic and Modern Residential Architecture
- Familiarity with basic construction principles and designs
- Deadline and detail-oriented
