- 5-10 years of managing and drafting construction documents for light commercial, single family homes, and/or multi-family residential buildings
- Experience in project management and client interface
- Experience in coordinating engineering design with architectural design
- Experience in building skins, glazing, and envelopes is preferred
- Strong Revit and SketchUp skills
- Knowledge of local building and zoning codes
