Associate Zoning Planner

The Zoning Associate Planner position is a great professional opportunity for someone with a strong interest in zoning and land use regulation to develop their knowledge and skills in an active planning office that engages with a wide range of contemporary urban development issues. Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, real estate, architecture, landscape architecture, historic preservation, government administration, or related field with a minimum of 4 years directly relevant professional experience.  A Master’s Degree in a related field may be substituted for 2 years of experience.  In exceptional instances, specialized education, training, and/or experience may be substituted for part of the educational requirement. Professional and/or volunteer experience or advanced coursework in the comprehension and application of zoning codes. $62,338 – $88,021 annually.
