The mission of the Colvin Institute of Real Estate Development is to provide opportunities to students studying real estate development, industry professionals, and allied disciplines that further the practice of creating financially viable, environmentally respectful, socially responsible, sustainable design—the “Quadruple Bottom Line.” The Colvin Institute seeks to increase the understanding and visibility of the real estate development industry and its role in creating vibrant communities.
