Biography
Mimi Sanford is a graduate student at University of Maryland College Park, where she is working towards her Master of Community Planning degree. She graduated from Brown University in May 2021 with bachelor’s degrees in Urban Studies and Architecture. After graduating, Mimi completed an AmeriCorps year of service with her local Habitat for Humanity affiliate, where she worked in the realms of community outreach and home repair. She has interests in both affordable housing and environmental justice, especially where the two overlap.
