Katie Nave

Katie Nave is the Dean’s Assistant at MAPP and earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Family Science in 2016 through University of Maryland’s School of Public Health. During her time on campus, she participated in Gymkana, Active Minds, and Terps for Animal Welfare. She used the human development side of her degree working as a full time nanny after graduation and then began working in the court system, calling back to the human services side of the discipline. She returned to the College Park campus, joining as a staff member in 2023, and is excited for a new chapter with the School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation.
