A $120,000 grant from UMD’s Sustainability Fund will relocate the Terp-designed and -built, Solar Decathlon-winning reACT house to an area adjacent to the Architecture Building. It will reopen as the reACT Living Laboratory, a campus-wide hub for sustainability research, service and education. The project is one of nine to receive sustainability grants this year.
