Bobby, with nearly a decade of experience in the retail real estate industry, is invested in the ability for engaged tenants, developers, and cities to meet their customers' needs. He ensures their viability and sustainability through expertise in retail market analysis, planning, and strategic merchandising. Prior to founding &Access, he led retail attraction in the city of Detroit and served as a senior strategist at Streetsense, where he completed projects ranging from repositioning Fortune 500 brands and malls of yesteryear to crafting expansion strategies for emerging brands and commercial corridors. Bobby shares his love for retail with others, serving as a lecturer at the University of Maryland, Harvard University, and conferences throughout the nation.
