Mohsen Teimouri is currently a UMD Master of Real Estate Development Candidate and graduate assistant at the Colvin Institute for Real Estate Development. He is currently assisting the Colvin institute in various programs, events and activities.
Mohsen, earned a Master of Urban Planning degree from Allameh Tabataba’ie University of Tehran, Iran (2014), and Bachelor of Civil engineering degree from Shomal University of Amol, Iran (2011). Before joining the UMD Master of Rea Estate Development program, He worked as the project management planning and control engineer for the Behsara Construction Company in Tehran, Iran, from 2011-2014. He also has three years of experience in Tehran’s publicly funded City-Revitalization programs as a development firm representative. Mohsen is currently studying on affordable housing field, more specifically, public-private partnership role and impacts on State of Maryland affordable housing projects.
