Phoenix Pointe

The proposed project, “Phoenix Pointe”, will be a newly constructed 150-unit affordable multifamily and single-family development in Northeast Baltimore from Eye Street Properties, LLC. The project will feature 22 3-story for-rent affordable rate townhomes and one 4-5-story low-rise multifamily building featuring 128 affordable rate units. Phoenix Pointe will be 100% affordable, targeting an average of 60% AMI, and will qualify for the 4% LIHTC Program and Section 8 Housing Assistance Program. The project will provide a mix of 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR units, of which 15% are reserved for tenants at 30% AMI, 70% at 60% AMI, and 15% at 80% AMI. The multifamily building will be equipped with a fitness center, business center, leasing office, bike storage, and additional amenities. The project aims to address the shortage of affordable housing in Baltimore City and other related social and economic issues such as homelessness, vacancy, crime, and the scarcity of readily available commodity goods. Phoenix Pointe aims to achieve these objectives through its delivery of high-quality affordable housing, creation of income diversity, and community outreach.
