Caterina Frisone
Visiting Professor

Laurea in Architecture, 1986, Polytechnic of Milan, Italy; M.Arch., 1987, Syracuse University

Caterina Frisone has joined the faculty as a visiting professor, pending her appointment as Professor of the Practice.

Frisone joins us from Venice, Italy where she has her own practice. She has taught for several American universities both in United States and abroad, including Syracuse University's program in Florence, Catholic University at the Washington, DC campus and in Rome, and Cornell University's program in Rome. 

Frisone recently authored Andrea Doria: Storia, architettura, fascino di una nave, which chronicles the tragedy of the sinking of the ocean liner Andrea Doria, and places its architecture in historical and cultural context.
