Cynthia has been with the University for 14 years. She began her career at the University of Maryland as a Business Manager Operations Specialist for the Center for Institutional Reform and the Informal Sector.  Since then she has worked in various positions throughout the campus. Prior to coming to the School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, she worked in the Office of Contract and Grant Accounting.

As the School's research coordinator, Cynthia is responsible for all the research administration including working with the National Center for Smart Growth and Education and the Environmental Finance Center.
