CURRENT RESEARCH PROJECTS
My
research interest focus on the interactions between land use,
transportation, and human behavior. Currently, I have several projects
that examine the following topical areas (1) environmental and
psychological factors that influence pedestrian trip generation and
route choices; (2) design for pedestrian safety; (3) connections
between the built environment and levels of physical activity; (4)
influence of highway investments on business activity and location
decisions; (5) social equity implications of transportation planning
and investments.
