Julie Smith is President of Bozzuto Management Company and a Partner of The Bozzuto Group located in Greenbelt, Maryland.

She directs the Property Management efforts of over 22,000 award winning Class A and B  and C apartments in the Washington/Baltimore and Northeast regions.  She and her team also play a consulting role in the development of new communities for Bozzuto and other third party developers by providing marketing and management guidance in the planning stages of new projects

Best known for their innovative marketing and service programs with a bottom line orientation Bozzuto has earned a reputation for being one of the highest quality managers of housing in the country.  Over the past 18 years, Julie has grown the company from an organization with 15 employees to one of over 600 today.

Before joining Bozzuto in 1989, she held several marketing and management positions with Oxford Management Company in Bethesda, Maryland.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from The State University of New York at Oswego. She is very involved in the industry at a local and national level and is a frequent panelist at national housing conferences. She serves on the boards of the St. Francis Episcopal Day School, Victory Housing, The Advisory Board of The Bozzuto Group and The Advisory Board of the Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA). She is also Vice Chair of the Property Management Committee of the National Multi-housing Council.
