Andrew Roud is the Development Director for St. John Properties southern division. At the Baltimore-based company, Mr. Roud oversees all land use, land development, construction, zoning, marketing, and asset management functions. His responsibilities also include overseeing and managing consulting disciplines related to governmental review agencies and entitlements for land development projects.
Previously, Mr. Roud headed the Washington, DC office of McMahon Development Group and was responsible for initiating the company’s development activities in Europe. Responsibilities included: site selection and acquisition consultant selection and coordination, due diligence, planning and permit approval, public relations and profit/loss oversight with direct reporting to the CEO of McMahon Development Group.
