Victoria Baker moved to the USA in 1984.  She worked as a contingent Program Management Specialist (budget/finance) with CHSD Office/College of Education in the University of Maryland from 2001-2003 prior to joining the School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation in 2004.  She supports Urban Studies and Planning Program, Architecture faculty, and manages the front desk which includes: federal work study student workers, textbook orders, parking, keys, mailings, etc.  Victoria has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and worked as assistant to the chief of the Environment Division of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).  As a Jehovah's Witness, she is an ardent bible advocate.
