ICSC, the global trade association of the shopping center industry, invites you to a talk featuring ICSC Past Chairman and Trustee Gary D. Rappaport, SCSM, SCMD, SCLS, SCDP.
 
Mr. Rappaport is Chief Executive Officer of The Rappaport Companies, a retail real estate company founded in 1984. He is committed tosharing his knowledge and experience as an entrepreneur and will be talking about his book INVESTING IN RETAIL PROPERTIES, which explains how to structure real estate partnerships for sharing capital appreciation and cash flow.
 
Edmund Mander, ICSC Director and Editor-In-Chief of SHOPPING CENTERS TODAY, will be interviewing Mr. Rappaport. INVESTING IN RETAIL PROPERTIES will be available for purchase, and Mr. Rappaport will be signing copies of his book during the reception following the talk.
 
This program is open to all ICSC members, non-members and students, and is a great way to make new contacts while networking with industry colleagues and students in a relaxed atmosphere.
