Blythe Semmer, PhD Student

Blythe Semmer has eight years professional experience as a historian and preservation planner in local, state, and federal historic preservation agencies.

She holds a bachelor's degree in American studies and French from the College of William and Mary and a master's in history with a focus in historic preservation from Middle Tennessee State University. She plans to explore topics at the intersection of preservation, planning, and urban design in the URSP PhD program.
